Voice Mail is an automated message service that is accessed when your phone is unanswered after four rings or your line is busy. Voice Mail provides you the ability to personalize your telephone greeting and retrieve messages from anywhere.

For residence halls, Voice Mail is included in the Basic Service charge and is activated prior to residence hall check-in.

For University Apartments and Fraternities and Sororities on the University telephone system, Voice Mail is available for a small monthly fee charged to your monthly Student Telecom billing. Application can be made at the Student Telecom Office located in Room 104 Student Services Center.
