| Caller ID
Caller ID is available to all customers living in residence halls
and is activated prior to check-in. Customers will need to provide
the Caller ID box and set or provide a telephone set with the Caller
ID display built-in.
Call Block may be activated on a per call basis to block your
calling number identity by dialing *67 prior to making a call.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting is automatically included in all Basic Telephone
Service. Call Waiting informs a telephone user who is engaged in
a phone call that a second call is waiting. The called telephone
user can place the established call on hold, alternate between
the two callers or abandon one of the calls.
To Activate:
On one call, hear call waiting tone. Press switch hook to put first
call on "hold" and connect with incoming call.
To Retrieve:
Press switch hook to put second call on "hold", return
to first call. Steps may be repeated as often as necessary until
one party hangs up.
To Deactivate for an Individual Call:
Dial *83, hear dial tone, place call using regular dialing pattern.
When you terminate the call, the Call Waiting feature will automatically
reactivate. Remember, call waiting is deactivated on an individual
call basis only.

Last Number Redial
Last Number Redial is automatically included in all Basic Telephone
Service. This feature allows a user to redial by entering the redial
code. This feature will not function on long distance calls.
To Activate:
Lift handset, hear dial tone, dial *82 to redial last number dialed.

3-Way Calling
3-Way Calling is automatically included in all Basic Telephone
Service.
To Activate:
On one call, press switch hook, hear dial tone and dial second
number. Press switch hook again to connect all parties. Remember,
if both calls are long distance, billing will occur for each
call separately.
